Any resident of Chittenden and Mendon, Barstow student or staff member may use the Library free of charge. Service and loan privileges will be denied only for due cause as determined by the Librarian. Such due cause includes misuse of materials or room, failure to make restitution for lost materials, unauthorized removal of materials, and disturbance of other patrons.
Patrons are expected to return materials in a timely manner. Overdue notices will be sent. If books aren't returned or arrangements aren't made within a month of the notice, the patron will be billed for replacement of the item.
